Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 24 hrs, but please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order.  All orders processed after 12pm (CST) will be considered  for the following business day.  (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 12pm (CST) will continue processing on the following business day.))

We offer standard shipping (due to supply chain issues can expect to receive 7-8 business day transit time plus possible 6 days delay from carriers which unfortunately is outside our control). Delivery options for PO Box addresses, military locations, and expedited carrier options are also available.

Due to the supply chain impact, all carriers have suspended their expedited shipping arrival guarantees; therefore Waahina  is unable to guarantee the shipping time on expedited shipping options

• Acknowledge all shipping and address information entered is correct and cannot be edited after submission.  Please double check for any apt or suite # that needs to be added.

• Understand that it may take up to 3 business days to process and ship your order.

We will only replace orders that were lost/stolen if Lost/Stolen Insurance was purchased at checkout if there was a lost/stolen package.
